By accessing or using this website, or by purchasing a work through it, you indicate that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms. Billy Shannon retains the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notification.

Services

Billy Shannon is an artist based in Brisbane, QLD, Australia. He sells original artwork and print editions through this website.

Artwork

High-quality, accurate imagery of each work is provided and colours are displayed as faithfully as possible. However, monitor display accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit card, EFTPOS (Square), or PayPal. Processing fees may apply depending on the method chosen. You warrant that you have legal authority to use any payment method provided.

Payment information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Billy Shannon may share details with third parties solely to facilitate the transaction. Verification may be required before an order is accepted.

Delivery

Delivery is available within the Brisbane Metropolitan Area (postcodes 4000–4500). Five contact attempts will be made to arrange delivery after payment. If no arrangement is reached within one year, the contract lapses, the artwork reverts to the artist, and no refund applies.

Copyright

All content on this website is protected under the copyright of the artist. Nothing may be downloaded or reproduced without written permission. Billy Shannon retains all copyright in physical artworks — including reproduction rights — even after ownership transfers. Reproduction requires negotiation with the artist.

Returns and Refunds

The artist guarantees authenticity and quality. Buyers have one week from receipt to decide on a return, with a full refund offered. For works shipped outside the delivery zone, full refunds are available within one week of delivery (minus shipping costs).

For transit damage, buyers may request a full refund, or ask the artist to create something unique or select another piece. If artwork is returned in worse condition than sent, repair costs will be deducted from the refund.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Billy Shannon, his agents, contractors, and service providers from all liabilities, claims, losses, and legal fees arising from your use of this website or its services.

Warranties

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. No warranties are given in relation to content represented here. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation.

The website may contain links to external sites provided for convenience. These do not indicate endorsement, and Billy Shannon accepts no liability for damages arising from their use.

Disputes

For any problem or dispute, please email Billy describing the complaint. If unresolved within thirty days, further resolution steps may be pursued. Informal resolution is a precondition to any other process.
