I bought a digital projector this year as I have been wanting to incorporate quite complex forms as overlays to some of my work. It's a fantastic tool and harks back to the camera obscura.
In the hero image at the top of the page, I'm using the projector to overlay an early concept of the multiverse on the Mothertree painting. This melds the regeneration aspects of the work, with particle physics and Buddhist philosophy — the observation of the insubstantial nature of everything.
In tandem with that, I have been using digital media to create limited edition prints.
